Matcha – Banana Smoothie

We absolutely love smoothies! It is the best and most delicious way to get filled with energy and the best part is that they are easy to make and you can use almost anything you have in your kitchen.

This subtly sweet vegan smoothie makes the perfect breakfast or a healthy afternoon desert!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1  tsp. of Superior | Every Day Organic Matcha
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the banana into 1 cm chunks
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  3. Blend on high speed until is completely smooth, for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass
  5. Enjoy!
