4 lemons, juiced
3 oranges, juiced
Fresh ginger, peeled or grated
1 tablespoon Evzin Bio Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 pinch of black pepper or coconut oil (help curcumin be absorbed from our system)
Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher or liquid measuring cup; whisk. Keep covered and refrigerate up to 1 week. Drink ½ cup daily, or as needed.
